Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are essential to delivering an outstanding customer experience. This fast-paced, store-based role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with time spent both inside and outside the store.

You will support day-to-day operations and engage customers in the community. The position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth in a systems-driven, recognition-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
