Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You will spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The position offers competitive pay and benefits as part of a total compensation package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy.
• Must be able to be DOT certified if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with equipment/assistance.
• Must be willing to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely transport products and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
