Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Delivery Driver to service customers with in-store and on-site deliveries. You will load, install, and demonstrate merchandise, drive safely, and interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification may be required in some locations (US only).
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. varying by location.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Work in all outdoor weather conditions (rain, heat, etc.).
• Preferred: high school diploma or GED; experience moving household furnishings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and basic maintenance logs.
