Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Delivery Driver in the United States who will drive, install, move, and pickup merchandise while ensuring positive customer experiences. The role involves time both inside and outside the store and supporting daily operations to serve the community.

The position offers a fast-paced, store-based environment with competitive pay and benefits, including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
