Aaron’s is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team. You will drive, load and unload merchandise, install, demonstrate and move products, and assist customers in-store and in the community.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $14.25–$15.00, plus benefits such as paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching and more. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs (and more with assistance), and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record per policy.
• DOT certification may be required in some locations (United States only).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
