Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver in the United States. The role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with a focus on delivering strong customer experiences.

You will work both inside and outside the store and support daily operations while engaging with customers. Compensation reflects an hourly pay range and a broad benefits package, including health coverage and savings options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Valid driver’s license and comply with Driver Qualification Policy, including driving record.
• DOT certification if required at the position location (U.S. only).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
