The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to support store operations and provide outstanding customer experiences.

The role involves driving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise, with time spent both inside and outside the store to assist customers and the team. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18 in Canada).
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Schedule may vary from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products and drive the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
