Job summary

Aaron’s in the United States is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our fast-paced, store-based team. You will drive, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise while ensuring excellent customer experiences. You’ll spend time both inside and outside the store and support daily operations.

The role offers comprehensive benefits and a total compensation package, with an hourly pay range of $13.75 to $14.50. Candidates must be at least 21 and able to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 300 lbs with assistance).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for United States positions.
• Requires a valid driver's license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with equipment/assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.

Skills

Solid communication skills.

Working knowledge of electronics.
