Job summary

Fresh Island Fish is seeking a reliable delivery driver to service Oahu restaurants, hotels, and markets from our Pier 38 facility. You will operate 18' box trucks and vans, maintain cold chain, and ensure on-time, complete deliveries.

The role requires a Hawaii driver’s license, the ability to lift heavy loads, and a professional customer-facing attitude. Shifts run Mon–Sat, with a consistent daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check).
• Professional, customer-facing attitude and reliability.
• Ability to lift and carry 75+ lb boxes repeatedly during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vans and 18' box trucks on daily delivery routes across Oahu; CDL not required.
• Deliver fresh fish and frozen seafood to restaurants, hotels, and markets on time and in full.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS; know Waikiki and North Shore areas is a plus.
• Load/unload product safely and maintain cold chain at all times.
• Represent Fresh Island Fish professionally at every stop; customers rely on us.

OPENING

Fresh Island Fish has been delivering Hawaii's finest seafood since 1977. Our refrigerated fleet runs six days a week out of our Pier 38 processing facility, delivering premium ahi, sashimi-grade fish, and fresh product to Hawaii's top restaurants, hotels, and markets across Oahu — before most people have had their first cup of coffee.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a reliable, professional driver who takes pride in showing up on time and delivering product that our customers depend on. You'll be representing Fresh Island Fish on every route — the quality of the fish matters, and so does the quality of the service.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

40+ hours/week | Consistent, predictable schedule, obtaining shift coverage

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate company vans and 18' box trucks on daily delivery routes across Oahu. CDL licenses are not required.
• Deliver fresh fish and frozen seafood products to restaurants, hotels, and markets — on time and in full
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS; familiarity with Waikiki, North Shore, and surrounding areas is a plus
• Load and unload product safely; maintain the cold chain on every delivery
• Represent Fresh Island Fish professionally at every stop — our customers have been with us for decades
• Complete delivery logs and confirm receipt with customers accurately
• Coordinate with dispatch on any route changes, delays, or issues
• Arrange shift coverage when needed and communicate proactively with your team

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Hawaii driver's license with a clean driving record — MVR check required
• Comfortable operating full-sized vans and 18' box trucks (CDL not required)
• Ability to lift and carry 75+ lb boxes repeatedly throughout the shift
• Able to use basic GPS navigation and delivery logging systems
• Reliable — Monday through Saturday schedule, with consistent morning availability
• Professional, customer-facing attitude — you're the face of FIF on every route
