GARDEN & VALLEY ISLE SEAFOOD INC is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to transport goods to various locations on Oahu. You will ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and assist in warehouse tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and the ability to lift and load items with forklifts or pallet jacks. Prior driving experience and familiarity with box trucks/ vans are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery/export driver or similar role preferred.
• Commercial driving experience highly desirable.
• Familiarity with vans and box trucks.
• Strong customer service ability in deliveries.
• Experience in loading/unloading goods.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Excellent time management to ensure timely deliveries.
• Physical stamina for manual labor and lifting items.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure accurate delivery of items by verifying orders before departure and obtaining necessary signatures upon delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on the road to ensure safety.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

In this role, you are responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery.
