Job summary

Flynn’s Tire Warehouse in Solon, OH is hiring Delivery Drivers at our Solon distribution center. No CDL is required. Enjoy the independence of being on the road with support from an experienced warehouse team behind you.

This full-time role keeps you home every night and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and a 401(k), plus paid time off. Responsibilities include safe driving of 16- to 24-foot box trucks, tire delivery, and maintaining DOT logs with GPS navigation.

Qualifications

• Acceptable MVR and background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening must be passed.
• Lift 20–80 lbs.
• DOT medical certification preferred (obtained post hire).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16- to 24-foot box truck and maintain safe driving practices.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every route.
• Verify customer orders and accurately deliver tires to each scheduled stop.
• Communicate customer feedback and delivery updates with warehouse leadership.
• Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, and navigate routes using GPS.
• Support warehouse operations and assist team members as needed.
