Job summary

QXO is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely deliver materials to customer locations and job sites. You will load, unload, verify deliveries, and support warehouse operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, forklift experience, and the ability to lift 75–100 lbs. Strong communication and adaptability to diverse weather and environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 30 days.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
• Direct customer interaction experience is expected.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs safely.
• Strong communication with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
• Adaptability to varied weather and environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with laws and policies.
• Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations on time.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Verify materials and delivery details; obtain signatures.
• Maintain delivery logs and complete required paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers and site personnel.
• Load, unload, and secure materials for transport.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, or corrections as needed.
• Support warehouse/yard operations and staging.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE.
• Address questions and ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Handle various building products and adverse weather conditions.
