Job summary

Rexel USA, a leading distributor of electrical products, seeks a Truck Driver in Scarborough/Portland, ME. The role involves delivering products to customers and Rexel locations in a van or box truck without a CDL, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain a non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• No suspended license in past 3 years.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Familiarity with Department of Transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to/from customers and branches in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required).
• Ensure deliveries meet customer requirements and are undamaged.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain the vehicle.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery when needed.
• Complete required delivery paperwork with customer signatures.
• Maintain safe driving and adherence to routes and schedules.
