Job summary

S3 Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers in Tyler, TX. We offer Non CDL delivery roles with paid training and a provided vehicle, plus competitive hourly pay and benefits. Both Full Time and Part Time options exist, with 40-hour weeks or 30 hours on a 3-day week, depending on schedule.

Positions available include paid training, medical/dental/vision insurance, and PTO. You will deliver packages in the Tyler area, starting and ending at the warehouse, while following safety rules and providing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver's license (non CDL)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time along your assigned delivery route
• Load and unload packages in your delivery vehicle at the warehouse each day
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on your company delivery vehicle
• Follow all local and state laws, road and driving regulations, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in all delivery interactions
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with your team
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their delivery routes
• Work in all weather conditions and on various delivery routes
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis

Compensation: $21.50 - $22.50/hour (paid bi-weekly) + Health Insurance, Dental, Vision & PTO

What You Will Do: Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver - Non CDL, you will start and end your day at our warehouse location and deliver packages throughout the Tyler, TX community and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements - Non CDL

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver's license (non CDL driver's license is acceptable)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills

Additional Information

The hiring process takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
