Long Gray Linehaul, Inc. is hiring a Non CDL Delivery Driver for the The Woodlands, TX area. Earn $21.75 per hour with overtime and benefits.

The role is part-time with potential for permanent status based on performance and availability, starting at our local warehouse and covering Magnolia area deliveries. Weekly pay, paid training, company-provided vehicle, health insurance, 401(k) with matching, and bonuses are offered along with shoes credit and team events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license (non CDL) held for at least 1 year.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on time along your assigned delivery route.
• Safely drive and inspect the delivery vehicle daily.
• Load and unload packages at the warehouse each shift.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs.
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, and communication.
• Support fellow drivers with overflow or assistance when needed.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every stop.

Compensation: $21.75/ hr + overtime & benefits

Location: 22300 Northcrest Dr. The Woodlands, TX 77389 (DHX4)

Shift: 10:55 AM – 8:55 PM (10 hrs) | 7 days/week availability | Weekend availability mandatory

Type: Part-time / Permanent

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts typical
• Start with 2–3 days/week; 4-day workweek based on performance

• 2 paid 15-min breaks + 1 unpaid 30-min meal break per shift

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver

Start and end your day at our warehouse at 22300 Northcrest Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77389. From there, you'll follow a navigated delivery route throughout the Magnolia area.

• Deliver packages on time along your assigned delivery route
• Safely drive and inspect your delivery vehicle daily
• Load and unload packages at the warehouse each shift
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs; get in and out of the van throughout the day (including stairs)
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, and communication
• Support fellow drivers with with package overflow or support when needed
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
  with every stop!

Delivery Driver Requirements – Non CDL

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year (non CDL is fine)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening (includes marijuana)
• Satisfactory motor vehicle report
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
