Job summary

S3 Logistics is hiring a Delivery Driver - Non CDL in Tyler, TX to start and end at the warehouse and deliver packages throughout the local area. This role offers paid training, a provided delivery vehicle, and the chance to join a growing team.

Competitive pay of $21.50–$22.50 per hour, full-time or part-time schedules with 10-hour shifts, benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO, and opportunities for advancement. A valid US work authorization and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver's license (non CDL acceptable).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Start and end your day at the warehouse and deliver packages throughout the Tyler, TX community and surrounding areas.
• Deliver packages on time along your assigned delivery route.
• Load and unload packages in your delivery vehicle at the warehouse each day.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the company delivery vehicle.
• Follow all local and state laws, road and driving regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in all delivery interactions.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with your team.
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their delivery routes.
• Work in all weather conditions and on various delivery routes.
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis.

Qualifications: Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements - Non CDL

• Must be at least 21 years old


• Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver's license (non CDL driver's license is acceptable)


• Must be authorized to work in the United States


• Must successfully pass a background check


• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)


• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)


• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills

Additional Information

The hiring process takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
