AutoZone is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to support our store operations in the United States. You will deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear, professional guidance and completing transactions with accuracy.

You’ll use a company-provided vehicle and follow safety guidelines to ensure timely, safe deliveries. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to store policies.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance requirements to operate company vehicles.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals per policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and manage returns, cores, and pickups.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Process customer payments securely per company policies.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
