Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with customers and providing automotive advice.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and perform safe, timely deliveries.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely in line with policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and vehicle maintenance and report issues.
