AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver to support commercial and DIY customers, using company-provided vehicles without the need for a CDL. You will ensure accurate deliveries, loading/unloading, and uphold safety and vehicle maintenance standards.

This part-time role emphasizes excellent customer service, knowledge of automotive parts, and reliable, timely delivery operations to support store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
