Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong relationships.
• Operate delivery operations efficiently, meeting time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company vehicles and deliver parts to customers, loading/unloading per routes.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe driving/work environment.
• Process cash and card transactions per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles.
