Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance to operate company vehicles.
• Basic automotive knowledge to assist customers.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with customers and offering automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and follow company policies to meet time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts according to route schedules and handle returns and pickups.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; report vehicle issues promptly.
