Zusammenfassung

OHR Management Corporation is hiring a Non CDL Delivery Driver to join the Kalispell area team. You will start and end shifts at the warehouse, pick up packages, and deliver to homes and businesses with GPS guidance on a company device.

Paid training, competitive pay of $24.50–$26.00 per hour, a $2k sign-on bonus, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO are offered. A company vehicle is provided, and no prior delivery experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Non CDL).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift and carry packages up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable using GPS and navigation technology for delivery routing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must pass a drug screening (no THC testing).
• No felonies in the last 7 years.
• Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings as needed.

• Start and end your day at the warehouse and deliver packages throughout the Kalispell area.
• Load your delivery vehicle with packages assigned to your route.
• Follow the GPS-guided delivery route on a company device.
• Safely deliver to residential and commercial locations.
• Load and unload your vehicle and handle packages with care.
• Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery interaction.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after routes.
• Adapt to changes in delivery schedules as needed.
