Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in York, PA. This full-time role offers hourly pay of $19.50 with a Monday–Friday schedule, early mornings, and no weekend work.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available, with raises up to $0.50/hour at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance. The position requires operating a 15 ft. or larger box truck, loading/unloading, and maintaining professional customer interactions, while adhering to DOT and company safety

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft.box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
