Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations in Richmond, IN is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join our distribution team. You will safely operate a 15 ft+ box truck, deliver auto parts to customers, load and unload, and represent Keystone with professionalism and integrity.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $17.00, a Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends, potential raises and a $1,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards

Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Location: Richmond, IN. Hourly Pay: $17.00. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs). Early morning start times.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
