Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver in Richmond, IN to join our distribution network. In this full-time role, you will deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

You will operate well-maintained company vehicles, earn $17 per hour, and be eligible for a $1,000 retention bonus plus potential hourly raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Role Summary

Join Keystone Automotive Operations as a Delivery Driver and take the wheel in one of the most essential roles in our distribution network. In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Location: Richmond, IN

Hourly Pay: $17.00

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
