Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Company: Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.

Location: Greensburg, PA

Hourly Pay: $18.50/hour

Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days per week based on route and business needs; early morning start times

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you will operate a company box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories to customers safely and on time. You'll load and unload freight, communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and help keep customer deliveries moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a box truck that is 15 feet or larger for local deliveries
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products following handling and safety procedures
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner during deliveries
• Verify deliveries and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
• Follow applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
