Position: Non CDL Delivery Driver

Location: Arlington, TX

Starting Salary: $45,000 annually (Weekly Pay)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts

Position Summary:

Provide a positive image through courteous, on-time, and accurate deliveries of Halperns’ products. Communicate customer issues effectively, operate equipment safely, and demonstrate attention to detail and professionalism with tractor-trailers and refrigerated vans.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products
• Follow all company and DOT policies
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Accurately handle customer payments and safeguard company funds
• Monitor reefer temperatures and report issues
• Complete daily check-ins accurately
• Collaborate with management and sales teams
• Perform vehicle inspections and manage paperwork
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck
• Attend department meetings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations
• Maintain professional appearance in uniform
• Be punctual, detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Work independently and in team settings
