We are hiring for the Delivery Driver (non CDL) position at American Tire Distributors. The role offers a pay rate of $19.50/hr - $20.50/hr.

Position Overview

The primary focus of this role is to deliver products to customers, ensuring satisfaction through timely delivery and professional interactions. Responsibilities include transporting products from origin to destination, unloading, staging at customer locations, and maintaining a professional company image. The role requires responsible driving, excellent customer service, and relationship building.

Main Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of products to customers
• Verify outgoing and incoming products for accuracy
• Collect payments from customers in acceptable monetary forms
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is complete and accompanies shipments
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions
• Maintain compliance records like driver logs, fuel records, and mileage
• Follow all safety policies and transportation regulations
• Operate powered industrial vehicles as needed

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Class “C” driver’s license or equivalent as per DOT requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Relevant work experience with minimal supervision
