S3 Logistics LLC in Tyler, TX is hiring Delivery Drivers (Non CDL) to join our growing team. You will start and end your day at our warehouse, delivering packages within Tyler and surrounding communities.

Paid training is provided and a company vehicle is supplied to begin your route, with safety gear and handheld tech included. Compensation starts at $22.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with health, dental, vision insurance and PTO.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver’s license (non CDL acceptable).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (no pre-employment marijuana testing).
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver packages on time along assigned delivery route.
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the delivery vehicle.
• Follow all local and state laws, road regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in all delivery interactions.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with the team.
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including rescue calls when others need assistance with routes.
• Work in all weather conditions and on various delivery routes.
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. frequently.

Job Description

Delivery Driver - Non CDL - Paid Training & Vehicle Provided

Compensation:$22.50/hour (paid bi-weekly) + Health Insurance, Dental, Vision & PTO

What You Will Do: Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver - Non CDL, you will start and end your day at our warehouse location and deliver packages throughout the Tyler, TX community and surrounding areas.

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time along your assigned delivery route
• Load and unload packages in your delivery vehicle at the warehouse each day
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on your company delivery vehicle
• Follow all local and state laws, road and driving regulations, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in all delivery interactions
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with your team
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their delivery routes
• Work in all weather conditions and on various delivery routes
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements - Non CDL

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver's license (non CDL driver's license is acceptable)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills

Additional Information

The hiring process takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
