S3 Logistics LLC is seeking Delivery Drivers to join our growing Tyler, TX team. This non CDL role offers full-time or part-time positions, paid training, and a company vehicle with gas provided. Expect competitive pay of $22.50 per hour and benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Drivers will start and end at the warehouse, delivering packages throughout Tyler and nearby areas. A background check and drug screen are part of the process, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver's license (non CDL acceptable)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a background check
• Pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Satisfactory motor vehicle report
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Start and end your day at the warehouse and deliver packages across Tyler, TX and surrounding areas
• Load and unload packages in your delivery vehicle
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the vehicle
• Follow local/state laws, road regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, and team communication
• Support the team in daily tasks and assist with routes when needed
• Work in all weather conditions on various routes
• Lift and lower packages up to 50 lbs frequently
• Move heavy packages (50-70 lbs) on/off a hand truck without a helper frequently

What You Will Do: Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver - Non CDL, you will start and end your day at our warehouse location and deliver packages throughout the Tyler, TX community and surrounding areas.

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time along your assigned delivery route
• Load and unload packages in your delivery vehicle at the warehouse each day
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on your company delivery vehicle
• Follow all local and state laws, road and driving regulations, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in all delivery interactions
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with your team
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their delivery routes
• Work in all weather conditions and on various delivery routes
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis

Delivery Driver Requirements - Non CDL

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver's license (non CDL driver's license is acceptable)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills

The hiring process takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
