S3 Logistics LLC is hiring Part-time Delivery Drivers in Tyler, TX. These Non CDL roles include paid training, a company vehicle, gas, uniforms, and all necessary gear. Earn $22.50 per hour with a 3-day workweek and 10-hour shifts, typically 30 hours or less for part-time staff.

Applicants must be 21+, possess a non-provisional driver’s license, and pass background and drug screens. Full-time opportunities exist, but part-time roles are emphasized with benefits accruing after eligibility.

S3 Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our growing team! We are a delivery service partner proudly serving the Tyler, TX community. What You Will Do: Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver - Non CDL, you will start and end your day at our warehouse location and deliver packages throughout the Tyler, TX community and surrounding areas.

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time along your assigned delivery route
• Load and unload packages in your delivery vehicle at the warehouse each day
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on your company delivery vehicle
• Follow all local and state laws, road and driving regulations, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction in all delivery interactions
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with your team
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their delivery routes
• Work in all weather conditions and on various delivery routes
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis

Delivery Driver Requirements - Non CDL

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional or unrestricted driver's license (non CDL driver's license is acceptable)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills

The hiring process takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
