Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to support our store operations in Richland, MS. You’ll use company-provided vehicles to deliver parts to commercial and DIY customers, ensuring precise orders and on-time arrival.

A strong customer-focus and basic automotive knowledge help you assist shoppers and promote service options. Flexibility with a full-time schedule is required, including mornings, nights, weekends, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety requirements.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and products.
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with customers and providing professional automotive advice.
Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers.
Load and unload parts per route schedules and verify accuracy.
Handle returns, cores, and pickups from stores or vendors.
Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Process cash and card transactions securely per policy.
Stay informed on promotions and products via AutoZone systems.
Maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
