Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in the United States. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining safety and accuracy on every route.

You will work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth operations, with a flexible full-time schedule that includes mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. No CDL is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers.
• Load and unload parts per route schedules and handle returns, cores, and pickups.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and according to policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products through AutoZone systems.
