Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety requirements
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain delivery operations to meet time and accuracy goals in line with company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver automotive parts to commercial customers, loading and unloading per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving/work environment.
• Process customer payments securely and per company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems and maintain delivery vehicles.
