Job summary

AutoZone in Indiana is seeking a Delivery Driver to support commercial customers and DIY shoppers, delivering parts with company-provided vehicles and ensuring safe, timely service.

You will load and unload to route schedules, maintain accurate transactions, and uphold PPE and fleet safety policies. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and per policy.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
