Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Service Rep LTC to perform routine delivery of oxygen and equipment in a professional, safe, and timely manner, with accurate recordkeeping and strong customer service.

You will follow FDA/OSHA/DOT safety standards, complete vehicle inspections, handle paperwork, and be on-call evenings/weekends. A valid driver's license and HS diploma are required.

Responsibilities

• Makes daily oxygen deliveries and equipment checks on assigned routes.
• Performs minor equipment repairs and arranges shipments for major repairs.
• Makes sure the company vehicle is clean and paperwork is completed.
• Cleans rental equipment on return and keeps warehouse organized.
• Follows FDA/OSHA/DOT safety guidelines and maintains records.
• Works as on-call service representative evenings and weekends.
• May serve as a backup for other employees.

Job description

The Service Rep LTC performs routine delivery of oxygen and equipment in a professional, safe, and timely manner. This includesaccurate recordkeeping, excellent customer service, and adherence to DOT/FDA/OSHA/Lincare safety standards.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Makes oxygen deliveries (liquid oxygen, cylinder, and concentrator) and equipment checks on a daily route asdetermined by customer base and Lincare routing system
  • Deliveries may include refilling reservoirs with liquidoxygen from a truck mounted tank
• Performs minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment both in the facility and at thecenter
  • For equipment repairs requiring other than minor repair work, equipment is to be packaged for shipmentto the manufacturer or their designee
  • Responsible for equipment maintenance per schedule recommended bythe manufacturer
• Maintains company vehicle in clean and orderly manner
  • Makes daily inspections and completes properpaperwork
  • Maintains established preventative maintenance schedule
• Cleans rental equipment when returned to the center, in accordance with Lincare policies and procedures
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area
• Follows FDA guidelines pertaining to cylinder tracking and oxygen analyzer testing
• Follows Lincare policies as indicated in the operations manual and training manuals, including those found in theSafety & Regulatory manual regarding General Safety, OSHA (includes the proper use of Personal ProtectiveEquipment), DOT (includes adherence to the Vehicle Safety Disciplinary Policy), FDA, and Emergency Planning
• Works as on-call service representative evenings and weekends on an as scheduled basis
  • Frequency isdetermined by the center size and the number of employees available to share in the responsibility
  • Mustrespond in a timely manner and record information on Service Call Report
• May serve as a backup for other employees
