Job summary

Jasper Engines, delivering across Lockport, IL, seeks a dependable Delivery Driver to load, transport, and unload a 20-24’ box truck. You will provide courteous service, follow DOT regulations, and perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.

This role includes occasional overnight routes, 4-day workweeks (Mon Tue Wed Thu), with 10-hour shifts and no weekends. Training and full benefits start after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain licensure/endorsement to drive a 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card.
• CDL is not required.
• Experience driving a 20-24' box truck is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and drive a 20-24’ box truck.
• Deliver safely and on time with strong customer service.
• Follow DOT rules and perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, professional image of self and vehicle.
• Assist with branch warehouse tasks.
