Job summary

Jasper Engines and Transmissions in Lincoln Park, NJ is seeking a delivery driver to load, deliver, and service customers from a 20-24’ box truck. You will follow DOT regulations, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and assist with branch warehouse duties as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and reliable customer service, with a four-day work week, 10-hour shifts, and no weekends or overnights. Training and benefits are provided after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain licensure/endorsement to drive a 20-24' box truck, DOT Medical Card required.
• CDL is not required but driving experience with 20-24' box trucks is preferred.
• Ability to operate a GPS device and basic warehouse equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and drive a 20-24’ box truck delivering to customers.
• Follow DOT rules and maintain safe, timely deliveries with high service levels.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
• Maintain a clean, professional image of self and vehicle; assist with branch warehouse tasks.
