Job summary

Jasper Engines and Transmissions in Columbia, SC is seeking a Part-Time Delivery Driver to load, unload and drive a 20-24' box truck for customer deliveries, with strong service.

You will follow DOT rules, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, assist with branch warehouse tasks, and maintain a professional image. Schedule: Mon-Wed up to 29.5 hours, no weekends or overnights. Starting pay $20/hour with on‑the‑job training and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card (CDL not required).
• Experience driving a 20-24' box truck preferred but not required.
• Understanding of GPS usage.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using pallet jack and/or forklift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries and drive a 20-24' box truck.
• Deliver to customers safely and on time with high service levels.
• Follow DOT rules and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, professional image of self and vehicle.

(Mon, Tues, Wed)Possibility of additional hours when filling in for other drivers.No weekends.No overnight shifts.Qualifications:Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card.
