Job summary

Aaron's, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to help ensure positive customer experiences. The role involves driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You'll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. You will spend time onsite and in the community, support daily store operations, maintain accurate route sheets, and uphold the Aaron's

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid state driver's license with a satisfactory MVR.
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely prepare products for delivery and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
