Job summary

Aaron's, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team. The role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, plus helping customers learn how to use their products.

You will work both inside and outside the store, support daily operations, and engage with customers in the community. The position offers a pay range of $13.75 to $14.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification if required by location.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely transport products; operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
