Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment, provide equipment setup, and educate patients on proper use. The role involves maintaining routes, safety practices, and excellent patient relations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year driving experience, and ability to lift heavy loads. On-call evenings/weekends may be required with competitive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must lift 50+ pounds by oneself.
• Must lift over 50 lbs with help or equipment.
• Read and understand DOT and FDA required paperwork.
• Excellent communication with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle for safety.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle and warehouse, adhering to FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends for emergencies.
