Geronimo Hospitality Group's Henry Dorrbaker's Beloit is seeking a Delivery Driver to assemble and transport food orders safely and on time, while ensuring accuracy and complete condiments and utensils.

You will interact professionally with customers, confirm orders on site, handle payments where needed, and help create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be over 21 years of age with a valid driver license.
• Clean driving record and a reliable vehicle is required.
• U.S. Work Authorization is mandatory.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Delivery Driver, you are responsible for effectively assembling and transporting food orders in a safe and timely manner. You will inspect assembled orders to ensure accuracy and that the corresponding quantities of condiments, napkins and plastic utensils are included for every order.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Have a professional demeanor when interacting with customers for recording orders.
• Count and verify all items needed to complete the delivery order including paper goods, utensils and condiments.
• Inspect containers prior to transport to ensure proper containment of food.
• Deliver and set up order if it is a catered event. Confirm with on-site contact that the order is correct before leaving.
• Present check to customer, accept payment and return change or collect signature on credit card slip if payment was processed at time of order placement.
• Confide in management if problems with co-workers or guests arise so that appropriate actions can be taken.
• Arrive promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts, including mandatory meetings.
• Follow and abide by all policies written in the employee handbook.
• Respect all co-workers and managers.
• Protect establishment, patrons and co-workers by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests.
• Leave a positive impression on our customers to ensure a return venture and potential word of mouth promotion.
• Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests.
• Thank the customers for ordering from us and leave catering or restaurant menus for future orders.
• Promote a positive perception of the company at all times, both internally and in public.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training

• Basic math skills required, legible handwriting, teamwork, strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Must have a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver license and current (unexpired) auto insurance required.
• Must be over 21 years of age.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
