Are you ready to rev up your career? Northwest Frozen is seeking a reliable Non-CDL Driver/Forklift Operator to join out logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to and from our warehouses, safely operating a sitting forklift, and ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. We are driven by ambitious goals, fast execution, and a strong sense of urgency. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials and products. Transport goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. Inspect and maintain forklift and other equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Load and secure products for transport, adhering to safety standards. Complete supply and product runs for our R&D and Procurement teams Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and transportation. Assist in inventory management and organization of warehouse/storage areas. Complete necessary paperwork for shipments and deliveries. Collaborate with shipping and receiving, R&D and Logistics to meet operational goals and deadlines. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. IDEAL CANDIDATE: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record a must. Forklift certification preferred; training can be provided by a certified trainer. Must be at least 25 years old and have 9 years of driving experience. Previous experience as a delivery driver required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift heavy items, up to 60 lbs at any given time and perform physical tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Working Conditions: Primarily warehouse and outdoor environment. May involve exposure to varying weather conditions. Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
