RPM Pizza is one of the largest Domino’s franchises in the United States, family-owned with over 160 stores across four states, including Indiana. We’re hiring Delivery Drivers (Part-time) to provide a fun, friendly customer experience and to deliver orders accurately while upholding brand standards.

This role offers flexible scheduling, team member discounts, and benefits after hours depending on eligibility, plus growth opportunities through RPM Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company vehicle.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
