Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring part-time Delivery Drivers in Indiana. Join a Domino’s franchise known for over 40 years of service, delivering smiles and hot pizzas with safety and friendly service.

You’ll take orders, drive safely, uphold brand standards, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+, with at least 2 years driving, valid license, and dependable vehicle. Flexible scheduling and discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
