Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Delivery Expert in Virginia Beach to ensure timely and professional delivery of orders from the store to customers' doors.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, efficient routing, and reliable schedule adherence. Compensation includes a base wage plus tips with a guaranteed minimum to meet the state minimum wage, and opportunities for growth through internal advancement programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections for delivery.
• Willing to have a vehicle video monitor (Netradyne) or Driveosity for safety.
• Downtime duties include cleaning tasks to support the store.

Responsibilities

• Navigate delivery area and locate addresses accurately.
• Read maps and plan efficient routes.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Demonstrate basic math ability for orders and change.
• Work well with others and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow store policies and respond to customer concerns promptly.
