Job summary

Domino's Virginia Beach is seeking Delivery Experts to provide fast, friendly service and accurate order deliveries. You will use a map to navigate within the designated delivery area, maintain a positive customer experience, and manage time efficiently in a high-paced environment.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to advance through the Management Development Program and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections and can be used for delivery.
• Safety Monitoring: video monitor (Netradyne) installed in your vehicle to help avoid collisions and incidents.
• Downtime duties include sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and dishwashing.

Responsibilities

• Read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Navigate multi-story buildings and other challenging routes.
• Provide outstanding and friendly customer service.
• Perform basic math for transactions and change.
• Work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage time efficiently and multitask to meet delivery windows.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow all Domino's policies.
• Answer store calls promptly after the first ring.
