Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Virginia Beach is hiring a Delivery Expert. Earn a base tip wage of $8.00 per hour and guaranteed earnings to meet the state minimum wage of $12.77 per hour when tips are included.

Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement through the Management Development Program are emphasized. This full-time driver position emphasizes building customer service, product creation, and teamwork, with a focus on safe driving and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections for delivery.
• Safety Monitoring: willing to have a video monitor (Netradyne) installed in your vehicle to help avoid collisions.
• During downtime, sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and assist with store upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Possess navigational skills and read maps to locate addresses in the delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Provide an outstanding, friendly attitude toward customer service.
• Demonstrate basic math skills.
• Work well with others and stay productive in a high-paced environment.
• Be organized, manage time efficiently, and multitask.
• Respond to customer concerns and follow all policies.
