Job summary

Domino's Delivery Driver (4218) at 4232 Holland Rd in Virginia Beach, VA is a part-time role under the Store Delivery Expert category. You’ll be the ambassador who delivers hot pizzas quickly and professionally, helping ensure a great customer experience.

This position offers flexible hours and a clear path to management, with opportunities to learn delivery operations, customer service, and product creation while supporting the store’s needs during peak times and downtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections and can be used for delivery.
• Safety Monitoring: Must be willing to have a video monitor (Netradyne) installed in your vehicle to help avoid collisions and incidents while driving.
• During downtime, you are required to sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and find cleaning activities to help the store.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the delivery area and locate addresses within the designated zone.
• Deliver to customers, including multi-story buildings, with a friendly attitude.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times.
• Perform basic math for transactions and change handling.
• Work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Be organized, manage time effectively, and multitask as needed.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow all Domino’s policies and store procedures.
• Ensure store calls are answered after the first ring.
